SMS was chosen as the primary communication tool for staying in touch with customers. By integrating the Textlocal API with their existing system, text messages are sent automatically once a job is marked as complete, containing the unique job number. By completely eliminating any manual process, up to ten minutes can be saved on each job completed; allowing for more time to be spent dealing direct with customer queries.
