Monthly SMS reminders are sent to certain contact groups informing them of upcoming training dates and times and cost. By including various call-to-actions, the customer can call, text or email their booking or enquiry.
SMS has also proven to be an effective ‘word-of-mouth’ tool, as recipients have often forwarded the text message to fellow drivers which has generated brand new leads.
Mobile has also proven an appropriate channel for targeting drivers who typically don’t spend much time behind a PC.
