The objective for the North Perth CLD partnership is to improve the speed, efficiency and flow of key messages to the community with communication methods being as environmentally friendly as possible.

Messages included information on health & safety, community safety, employment, career support, arts, cultural opportunities and learning opportunities.
Messages were sent immediately or could be scheduled to be sent at a specific time and date.
