South Somerset District Council needed to implement a system to help communicate with young people in different communities about the Street Soccer events.
A short code was used to encourage young people in the community to sign up for their nearest Street Soccer event.
Contact data collected was used for further communication on events that the Council are organised for the youth community.
SMS made the programme easily accessible.
