Introducing Webex Interact, our new easy-to-use messaging platform that provides businesses with the tools they need to easily send campaigns across multiple channels, like SMS and WhatsApp.
Already a Textlocal customer?
As part of our ongoing commitment to providing you with the best communication tools, we have launched our new Messaging solution, Webex Interact. Webex Interact is the new version of our Messenger platform, where you can benefit from exciting new channels and tools to make the most of your campaigns.
This means that the Textlocal Messenger platform will no longer be in service from 31st March 2025. We are no longer taking new signups on Textlocal Messenger. Existing customers will receive communications regarding their account and next steps.

Webex Interact has been built on the trusted legacy of Textlocal, leveraging years of experience in the mobile messaging industry. Webex Interact offers many of the great SMS features from Textlocal Messenger, and now includes WhatsApp as a channel to enhance your business communications.

Can I upgrade my account to Webex Interact?
Existing customers will be invited to upgrade their Messenger account in early 2025. The platform, support communications and customer service will be provided in English, online translation tools can help with this.

What will happen to my Textlocal Messenger account?
If you do not upgrade your Textlocal Messenger account by 31st March 2025, your account will be closed. Your data will be stored as per our Data Privacy Policy. If you do upgrade, we will continue to hold your Textlocal Messenger data for 90 days.

What will happen to my pre-paid credits?
Should you choose to upgrade, your existing Messenger credits will be migrated to Webex Interact, during the upgrade process you will be given an overview of the equivalent credit value based on your balance. This is the value that will be available to use in Webex Interact. Any unused credits remaining in your Textlocal Messenger account after 31st March 2025 will expire and no refunds will be given.
